My name is Joel Kelso, and I hail from Nambour Queensland, Australia. During my formative years, I resided in Gympie where I engaged in local dirt track races. Later, my family and I moved to Darwin to live with my Nan (Lyn), together with my mother (Nayelle) and my sister (Courtney). However, since my mother is a single parent, it was not easy to keep pursuing my passion for racing in a new city. Nonetheless, for the last five years, we have persisted with my racing career, thanks to the unwavering support of my mechanic Jake from JDS Moto, my pop who accompanied me to racing events, and most importantly, my mother who works seven days a week to finance my team. Despite facing seemingly insurmountable challenges, we have achieved resounding success.
